Krones newly promoted efficient shrink laminator and full-paper wrapper

Krones AG, located in Neu Struplin, will launch a series of new products that are widely used in beverage, food and non-food processing industry packaging machinery. In the constant pursuit of innovation, Krones focuses his work on optimizing functions, improving performance, extending processing scope, and packaging automation.

New generation of parcel machinery

Krones has newly designed a series of Wrapapac wrapper machines that run continuously. The conclusion of the new design is that the performance of the equipment is more muted, repetitive operation is easier and ergonomics is more ergonomic. In addition, the Wrapapac model to be exhibited at the International Packaging Machinery Expo can reach 60 beats per minute and can be packaged according to the so-called "Fridge Pacs" mode.

Efficient wrapping machine

Since entering the market, Krones introduced the Variopac wrapped laminator for the first time at the International Packaging Machinery Expo held in Europe in 2005. This generation of Variopac models not only improves on operation, but also significantly improves performance. With innovative design and continuous technological improvements, the new Variopac TFS wrapper can easily reach 100 beats per minute. Its operation is very reliable, fully allowing the user to feel the advantage of being a speed runner.

Rotary column robot load up to 700kg

With its newly developed 3A three-column robot, Krones has definitely emerged as a heavy load: it can easily grab loads weighing up to 700kg. This heavy carrying capacity is essential if a combined grab head is used to grab the entire heavy load. Currently in the market of three-axis robots, its carrying capacity is the strongest.

The task of bundling a packet station is to dynamically layer the stacking board, and Krones has made a radical change.

Packaging patterns and specifications are increasing. In order for the stacking process to reflect this ever-changing demand, the layering process must be as flexible and diversified as possible. For this reason, Krones has developed a hierarchical design unit that allows users to independently and freely lay out their own stacking layers.
